Job summary

Target Corporation in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution Center team. The role requires following safety policies, packing, loading and shipping items to stores and guests, and maintaining an orderly work area.

The shift runs Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 12:00PM to 9:30PM. Starting pay ranges from $20.75 to $23.25 per hour with potential shift differential based on eligibility, and opportunities to grow with tenure.

Qualifications

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Able to read labels, tickets and other product documentation.
• Able to perform basic math tasks required for packing and inventory.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
• Work well in a team and independently to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete job tasks accurately.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
