Target is hiring Warehouse Workers in New Jersey. Roles start at $24.65 per hour with a base range of $24.65 to $27.65 per hour, plus potential shift differentials of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour based on eligibility.

The job involves packing, loading, shipping, and inventory handling in a fast-paced distribution center. Applicants should be able to lift 35–50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally, stand and move for long periods, and use equipment such as pallet riders and forklifts after

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs frequently.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Able to push utility carts up to 60 lbs, use carts and hand trucks.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Work at heights up to 40 ft on mezzanine where applicable.
• Must understand, speak and read English to follow safety policies and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Attend safety trainings for safe warehouse operations.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to stores and guests.
• Work quickly and safely to handle freight and move inventory.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workspace.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain positive attitude while working solo or in a team.
