Job summary

Target is seeking Warehouse Workers in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $22.85 per hour with a range to $25.79, plus potential shift differential of $2.00–$3.50 per hour based on eligibility.

Duties include packing, loading, shipping, and accurate merchandise processing, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and efficiency. Role requires lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally, operating carts and powered equipment after training, and strong reading and communication

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to push carts and move items with hand trucks or wheels.
• Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Able to work at heights up to 40 ft. on mezzanine where applicable.
• Able to read labels and product documentation clearly.
• Able to use basic math for counting and transactions.
• Able to read and understand English for safety and policies.
• Able to operate all powered equipment safely after training.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to stores and guests.
• Work safely, quickly and efficiently to move freight and inventory.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately.
