Turtle is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Somerset, NJ to join our team. The role involves accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while upholding safety, efficiency, and cleanliness in daily warehouse operations.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, basic math ability, and attention to detail. Forklift experience is preferred, with responsibilities including use of WMS, inventory checks, and safe operation of warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, count accurately, write legibly, and perform basic math.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety-focused instructions.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, labels, and expiration dates.
• Pack, bag, tag, or label orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in the warehouse.
• Assist with receiving tasks and inventory accuracy.
