Job summary

Lidl is hiring Warehouse Associates to ensure accurate receiving, picking, and delivery of products to our stores. You'll work across four warehouse departments in temperature-controlled areas, with comprehensive training and safety programs to build skills for success.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, plus performance-based incentives up to $8.00/hour, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, paid holidays and PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Motivation to work independently while meeting productivity goals.
• Ability to switch functions or tasks quickly.
• Comfort operating powered industrial equipment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to lift and maneuver cases over 50 lbs and reach above head as needed.
• Ability to handle Lidl products including meat, poultry, alcohol, and allergen-containing foods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack goods in various temperature zones by case/unit onto pallets based on store orders using a pick by voice system.
• Prepare loaded pallets for outbound deliveries.
• Take inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines in essential job functions.
