Job summary

Lidl US in North Carolina is hiring Warehouse Associates to receive, pick, and ship products to our stores, supporting our growing customer base. You will follow a focused onboarding plan with safety training and a 90‑day program to ensure you and Lidl are aligned for success.

Responsibilities include accurate pick/pack across temperature zones, inventory checks, pallet preparation, and safe operation of equipment. Starting pay is $20/hour with incentives up to $8/hour, plus PTO and DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs and reach overhead.
• Able to work early mornings, nights, weekends.
• Comfort operating powered industrial equipment.
• Willing to work across multiple warehouse zones.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack goods by case/unit onto pallets.
• Prepare loaded pallets for outbound deliveries.
• Take inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
• Operate equipment safely to perform duties.
