thyssenkrupp Materials Services in Brook Park, OH is hiring Warehouse Associates for 1st shift to support storage and shipping of raw materials and finished products. The role focuses on operating on the warehouse floor with heavy machinery and meeting safety standards.

Pay is up to $22.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities to contribute to Lean initiatives and teamwork. Applicants should have a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic computer skills; prior warehouse

Job Summary

In a warehouse environment, perform a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations.

Job Description

We are hiring Warehouse Associates on 1st shift. Pay up to $22.00 per hour.

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking and inspection of cartons, pallets, or parts as assigned to support the operation.
• Assist in filling and packaging orders and completing paperwork according to instructions.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move/deliver stock
• Assist machine operators with a variety of functions as required to support the operation.
• Perform general clean-up activities.
• Maintain all equipment in working condition; report issues or breakdowns to Supervisor or Lead immediately.
• Train others when required.
• Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives and requirements.
• This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor on or around heavy machinery.
