Rite Rug Co. in Durham, NC is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support loading/unloading flooring materials, picking and staging orders, and operating the cutting machine. You will help keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized daily.

Qualifications

• Experience handling flooring materials or construction supplies is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload flooring materials (rolls, tiles, planks, adhesives).
• Pick and stage orders for delivery and installation crews.
• Operate the cutting machine.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Periodically deliver to stores or customer sites.
• Assist with returns, restocking, and quality checks.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00 Hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay: $20 to $21 an hour, depending on experience
