Job summary

Rite-Rug is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our flooring materials operations. You will load, unload, and stage products, operate the cutting machine, and help keep the warehouse safe and organized. The role supports delivery crews and requires reliable, punctual attendance on a steady Monday–Friday shift.

Experience with flooring materials is a plus; ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use pallet jacks or forklifts will be trained. Join a tight-knit team that values hard work and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience with flooring materials or construction supplies is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload flooring materials (rolls, tiles, planks, adhesives).
• Pick and stage orders for delivery and installation crews.
• Operate the cutting machine.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Periodically deliver to stores or customer sites.
• Assist with returns, restocking, and quality checks.
