Responsibilities

1. Complete knowledge of outbound distribution strategy.
2. Learn basic SAP WMS system related to job functions.
3. Understand warehouse layout, bin sequence, and barcode strategies.
4. Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks, or hand trucks for loading/unloading and moving products.
5. Examine stock and shipments for compliance with specifications.
6. Package products using proper materials.
7. Affix shipping labels and verify addresses.
8. Determine shipment methods and routes.
9. Compute shipping fees and record related information.
10. Sort parcels and prepare dealer orders for pickup.
11. Conduct physical inventory counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1-year related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of all company products.
• Compliance with safety and inventory policies.
• Ability to operate vertical lift mechanisms safely.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents.
• Basic computer literacy and forklift certification.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and more than 100 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work in environments with moving mechanical parts, fumes, or chemicals.
