Job summary

Lansing Building Products LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Williston, VT to support daily warehouse operations. You will greet customers, pick tickets, and load/unload trucks, using handheld RF scanners to move products through our TWL warehouse system.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, working in a team, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or material handling preferred.
• High energy and integrity are important.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 70+ lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, pick tickets, and load/unload trucks.
• Use handheld RF scanners to track and move products in TWL WMS.
• Verify accuracy of orders picked and shipments received.
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 70 lbs; keep warehouse clean and orderly.

Qualifications:

• Prior material-handling or warehouse experience (preferred)
• High integrity and high energy
• Experience in building products as well as previous warehouse experience is strongly desired
• Ability to work in a team and/or one-on-one with our customers
• Ability and willingness to lift boxes and building materials weighing as much as 70+ lbs
• Experience with a forklift is a plus
• Ability to work successfully under the pressure of deadlines and to accept new ways of doing business

A Warehouse Associate's day usually begins around 7:00 AM -- sometimes earlier -- and ends at approximately 4:30 PM -- Monday through Friday, generally no weekend work (hours may vary by location).
