Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Westminster, CO to stock, organize, and manage warehouse inventory while supporting daily shipping and receiving. You will assist customers, enter orders, and prepare items for pickup or delivery, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

• Support cycle counts and inventory verification as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Operate or assist with equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks as required.

Job description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.

Job Location: National Structure - Westminster 1105 W. 122nd Ave Westminster, CO 80234

Pay: $21 and up. The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $20.91 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Assist customers on the phone and in person which often involves order entry into Agility Pull and preparing customer orders for pick‑up, UPS shipment or delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Assist with cycle counts and other forms of physical inventory verification as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously through the workday.
• Ability to stay in motion much of the workday often in areas that are not climate‑controlled.
• Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and involving active physical work.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
