Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Moriarty, NM location to load and unload materials, operate a forklift and light equipment, and support daily operations.

You will follow safety rules, assist coworkers and customers, and help maintain accurate inventory updates in the ERP system while keeping the workplace clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift and overhead crane certification required.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse Associates are responsible for loading and unloading materials and products to support operations at the branch location. In their day-to-day duties, they operate a forklift, light manufacturing equipment, and construction tools.

• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage
• Assist co-workers and customers
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Acombination of education and experience may be qualifying
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane

Base pay starts at $17.75 per hour

Shift: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Monday - Friday (with potential overtime)
