Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and versatile Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations and material handling. The role requires adaptability, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and support for both warehouse and delivery tasks. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

Job Responsibilities

1. Load and unload shipments, ensuring safe handling of products.
2. Organize and store products for easy access and inventory management.
3. Pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
4. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
5. Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols.
7. Organize and label inventory for efficient stock management.
8. Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in warehouse operations or general labor preferred.
2. Valid driver’s license (Class B or higher preferred) with a clean driving record.
3. Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
4. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 70 pounds).
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
7. Ability to work independently and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
8. Basic computer skills for inventory and delivery tracking.
9. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Ability to sit and drive for extended periods when acting as a backup truck driver.

Education

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2. Trade School or vocational diploma preferred.
