What you need to know about this position:

• The position is represented by a labor union.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2nd shift 2:30 pm - 11 pm (may end at 3 am depending on volume).

As a Driver, you'll play a vital role in delivering our products safely and efficiently to various stores and warehouses. Our focus on safety and timely deliveries is paramount, ensuring our customers receive quality products. As a warehouse associate, you'll be responsible for stocking trucks with our renowned products for drivers. This combo position offers flexibility to perform both roles throughout the year based on needs.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Ensuring compliance with procedures and conducting safety checks on warehouse equipment.
• Completing daily activities, including preparing customer invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Performing duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor.
• Coordinating with retail customers and receiving personnel, communicating customer needs.
• Participating in warehouse activities: truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, maintaining organization.
• Order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Ensuring safety and regular checks of equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.).
• Assembling and loading products on trucks timely.
• Maintaining accurate inventory.
• Adhering to safety and quality checks.

Job Specific Requirements:

• Must have a CDL-Class A license and at least one year of safe driving experience.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle physical activities.
• Pass relevant license requirements to operate equipment.
• Adaptability to responsibilities and duties.
• Preferred: direct store delivery experience (DSD).
• Experience with forklifts/pallet jacks is a plus.
• Pass drug test, MVR, and background check.
• FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration required.

What You'll Need:

• Follow schedules and instructions from Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Record, report, and return defective items.
• Inspect and record deliveries and shipments.
• Follow safety and quality checks.
• Assemble and load products following procedures.
• Use electronic logging devices and scanners.
• Be flexible with routes and working times.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
