Job summary

Armstrong Archives is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day operations at the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex facility. You will receive inventory, unload shipments, and organize records and cartons in designated storage areas.

Typical duties include picking items for delivery, operating forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials, and assisting with inventory control while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Shipping & Receiving, including verifying orders and coordinating deliveries.
  • Packing and Unloading with safe handling of materials.
  • Forklift and Pallet Jack use with focus on safety.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift and move boxes for extended periods in a warehouse.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team while protecting confidential information.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or records management experience preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to complete company training on safety and procedures.

Role Description

The Warehouse Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving client inventory, unloading trucks, and organizing records and storage cartons in designated areas. The Warehouse Associate will pick and prepare items for delivery, operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and stage materials, and assist with inventory control and accuracy. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, following company procedures and safety regulations, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet service and productivity goals.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Shipping & Receiving, including verifying orders, processing documentation, and coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Proficiency in Packing and Unloading, with the ability to handle materials safely and efficiently while protecting client records and assets.
  • Skill in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use, with a focus on safe material handling and adherence to warehouse safety standards.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with strong attention to detail and basic computer or handheld scanner skills for inventory tracking.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and stack boxes and materials for extended periods, and to work in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and teamwork, with a focus on customer service and protecting confidential information.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or records management experience is preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to complete company-provided training on safety and procedures.
