Job summary

Live Systems, LLC is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to receive, stage, and deliver materials to job sites. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and safety in a moderate-paced environment, with opportunities to support the team during downtime.

Responsibilities include pulling and packing materials, verifying shipments, local deliveries, inventory reconciliation, and operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and forklifts.
  • Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the DFW area and navigation skills.

  • Follow directions from office staff and supervisors to support daily operations.
  • Pull, stage, and prepare materials for upcoming job sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Receive incoming shipments with verification for accuracy and damages.
  • Perform local deliveries and pickups using knowledge of the DFW area to ensure timely routes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through routine cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Load, secure, and transport materials for pickups and deliveries.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, trucks, and trailers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring materials are accurately received, organized, and delivered to job sites on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work in a moderate-paced setting and proactively find ways to stay busy and support the team during downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow direction from office staff and supervisors to support daily operations.
  • Pull, stage, and prepare materials for upcoming job sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Receive incoming shipments with 100% verification for accuracy and any damages.
  • Perform local deliveries and pickups, utilizing knowledge of the DFW area to ensure timely and efficient routes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through routine cycle counts and reconciliation processes.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Load, secure, and transport materials for pickups and deliveries.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, trucks, and trailers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
  • Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and forklifts.
  • Previous delivery or driver experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the DFW area and ability to navigate efficiently is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to direction from multiple team members.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support others.
  • Comfortable working in a physically active role, including lifting, loading, and moving materials.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Experience or familiarity with the electrical industry is a plus.
