Warehouse Associate

Location: CTSTA Public Store

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Hours: Up to 28 hours/week

Overview:

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll handle products as they enter and leave the facility and manage inventory for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is based at 330 Fairfield Ave, Stamford, CT 06902. After onboarding and training, a flexible schedule may be available.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain branch inventory.
2. Receive, pick, package, ship, and perform cycle counts on inventory.
3. Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
5. Perform other duties to ensure branch success.

Required Qualifications:

1. Be at least 18 years old.
2. Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements.
3. Proficient in written and oral communication.
4. Proficient computer skills.
5. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing skills.
7. Motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented.
8. Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
9. Ability to work independently and in a team.
10. Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
11. Ability to lift packages weighing 25-75 lbs.
12. Pass a drug screen (US, Puerto Rico, Guam).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory receiving, shipping, sorting, or management.
