Job description

Information:

1. Location: Pandan Road
2. Salary ranges: $2,200 - $2,300 + $120 Transport Allowance
3. Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Daily triggering and assigning of jobs, liaise with driver and call management team.
• Email call management team to check on spare parts’ estimated delivery date and time.
• Liaise with customer on shipment dates.
• Work with Ops RMA team on unused parts.
• Arrange red rush ordering with APDC HUB warehouse and driver.
• AHOC collection activation request by call management team or engineers.
• Follow up with customer and call management team on back order and manual release.
• Prepare loan form for customer to sign for loan of spare parts.
• Backup on preparation of airway bill and invoices.
• Minimum N-Level and above
• Able to work as a team player
