Job summary

The Part Works, Inc. is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Seattle warehouse. This full-time role offers daytime hours with no weekend work and opportunities for training and advancement.

You will pick, pack, and ship orders, receive shipments, verify quantities, stock inventory, and maintain safety standards, all while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or related experience.
• English proficiency required.
• High School diploma or GED (required).
• Ability to lift and move product weighing +50lbs (required).
• Proficient computer skills (preferred).
• Experience with ERP software (preferred).
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vendor shipments.
• Verify products and quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Stock inventory and maintain organized warehouse locations.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Deliver the high level of customer service that The Part Works is known for.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.

The Part Works is a leading plumbing parts distributor serving the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team in Seattle.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with stable daytime hours and no weekend work.
