Job summary

Wolfer's Home Services is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate in Oregon to support our service teams. You will stay active all day, replenish kits, organize inventory, and assist technicians with material requests in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle receiving and shipping, maintain accurate stock counts, and help ensure on-time delivery of parts. The role requires physical ability, a team mindset, and reliability to contribute to our 125+ year reputation for service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Proficient with inventory software and basic computer tools
• Willing to obtain forklift certification with company support

Responsibilities

• Replenishing installation kits and technician inventory
• Receiving, unloading, and organizing shipments
• Loading, staging, and preparing materials for jobs
• Ordering, shipping, and receiving parts and equipment
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Delivering and picking up parts as needed
• Assisting technicians and customers with material requests using inventory software, Outlook, and Excel
• Safely loading and securing delivery vehicles
• Following all safety policies and procedures
• Performing other warehouse duties as needed

What you'll do:

This isn't a sit-at-a-desk job. You'll stay active throughout the day, helping keep our warehouse organized and making sure our technicians have what they need to succeed in the field.

This position requires someone who enjoys physical work and is comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, twisting, and working both indoors and outdoors.

What you'll need:

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience
• Valid Oregon or Washington driver's license with a clean driving record
• Desire to become forklift certified (we'll help you get there)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory software
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
