Job summary

The Part Works, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team. This full-time role offers daytime hours, a Monday through Friday schedule, and no weekend work.

You will pick, pack, ship orders, inspect incoming shipments, and keep inventory organized while delivering reliable customer service. We value dependable training and teamwork; candidates should have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, be able to lift 50 pounds, and perform tasks safely.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or related experience.
• English proficiency required.
• High School diploma or GED (required).
• Ability to lift and move product weighing +50lbs (required).
• Basic computer skills (required).

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vendor shipments.
• Verify products and quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Stock inventory and maintain organized warehouse locations.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Deliver the high level of customer service that The Part Works is known for.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.

The Part Works is a leading plumbing parts distributor serving the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team in Seattle.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with stable daytime hours and no weekend work.
