Job summary

Capstone is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate in San Angelo, TX to perform a variety of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, picking, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and general clean-up. The role requires a high-energy, strong work ethic and the ability to lift 25-75 lbs; prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25-75 lbs and perform physical work.
• Fast-paced environment with demanding physical tasks.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials as directed.
• Select, sort, palletize and package items for shipment.
• Audit, repack, and perform related duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety rules.
• Assist with miscellaneous warehouse tasks as needed.

Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
