Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates in Belton, TX, working Fri-Sun from 1pm until finish. The role covers loading, unloading, picking, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup, and general housekeeping.

This hands-on, fast-paced position requires a high-energy, physical worker who can lift 25–75 lbs; prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is offered. Benefits begin after 60 days; weekly pay and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, physical warehouse work requiring stamina.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Select and palletize items for shipment.
• Audit, sort, and repack as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
• Support site leadership with daily tasks.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
