Job summary

Capstone is hiring Warehouse Associates in Fort Worth, TX. The shift runs Monday-Saturday, 5:00 AM until finish, with weekly pay and benefits after 60 days. You will perform loading, unloading, picking, palletizing and related duties, with on-the-job training and safety incentives.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced and physically demanding
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials vary in weight
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but training is provided

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed during all tasks.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed by management
