Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in San Bernardino, CA on 2nd shift: 7:00pm until finished, Sunday-Thursday. You will perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, and housekeeping.

The role requires a high-energy, strong work ethic; lifting 25-75 lbs; prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but training is provided. You will join a team that pays weekly, offers benefits after 60 days, and promotes from within.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials as required.
• Select, palletize, sort, and audit items; repack as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with other duties as assigned by site leadership.

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
