Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Lubbock, TX is hiring Warehouse Associates for 1st and 2nd shifts. Schedule set at time of hire. You will be paid weekly and receive benefits after 60 days of employment while benefiting from a high-performance culture that rewards hard work.

Positions involve lifting 25-75 lbs and performing varied warehouse tasks from loading to palletizing across multiple site operations. We offer travel opportunities within our network and a strong focus on internal promotion.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

$450 - $900+/weekly

1st Shift: 3:30 am until finished

2nd Shift: 2:30 pm until finished

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
