Job summary

ALLY BUILDING SOLUTIONS Riverview, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate & Material Handler to join our Tampa team in the Riverview warehouse. The role involves pulling orders, receiving shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse to support smooth operations from 5:30am to 3:30pm.

You will work with a collaborative team, monitor stock, document deliveries, and help with cycle counts. Prior warehouse and forklift experience is preferred, with physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull jobs daily, capturing all needed stock and ordered materials.
• Assist with cycle counting of inventory and restock supplies.
• Receive materials ensuring all deliveries are accurate, then document in system.
• Accept, verify, inspect, and record all deliveries according to policy.
• Record, report, and return defective items.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
• Notify Team Lead of any shipping or receiving issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About this position

Ally Building Solutions provides flooring products and quality installation, a full line of window treatments, a wide range of cabinetry options, and design studio solutions to new home builders in greater Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa Bay, and Fort Myers.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate & Material Handler to join our Tampa team in our Riverview warehouse. The Material Handler will pick and stage orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.

Hours- 5:30am to 3:30pm

Warehouse Associate & Material Handler Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull jobs daily capturing all needed stock and ordered materials.
• Assist with cycle counting of inventory and restock supplies.
