Job summary

Crown Capital Mgmt LLC in Florida is seeking a dependable Warehouse Attendant to support warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep the facility clean and organized.

You will assist with material deliveries, prepare, package, label, and organize shipments, and help train new warehouse personnel while following safety procedures. This role offers competitive pay, PTO, health insurance, 401(k), and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to report to work no later than 7:00 AM each workday.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming and outgoing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report missing, damaged, or lost materials.
• Prepare, package, label, and organize materials for shipment and delivery.
• Scan and track materials to ensure accurate distribution.
• Deliver materials to jobsites as directed by management.
• Assist with ordering materials and warehouse maintenance supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse through sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general housekeeping.
• Inspect the facility for minor maintenance needs and report larger issues to management.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance and weather-related clean-up efforts.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Assist with training new warehouse personnel.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
