Job summary

Labcorp is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Renton, WA facility to support inventory management and order fulfillment. You will place orders, receive stock, and prepare shipments for clients and patient service centers.

The schedule runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with additional hours and weekends as needed. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, and forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years warehouse/picking and packing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts is a plus.
• Basic computer data entry and warehouse software knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for supplies from vendors via computer and phone.
• Load and unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slips.
• Receive and process stock into inventory management system.
• Process orders from client offices and patient service centers via phone, fax and email.
• Print requisition forms and barcode labels for internal and external clients.
• Pack orders for shipment via Fed Ex and UPS.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and timely.
• Maintain inventory control according to company standards.
• Participate in scheduled cycle counts and full physical inventory.
• Deliver supplies to local branches, clients and patient service centers when needed.

LabCorp is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at 1037 Thomas Ave SW, Renton, WA 98057

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, additional hours and weekends when needed

Job Responsibilities

• Place orders for supplies from vendors via computer and telephone
• Load and unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slips
• Receive and process stock into inventory management system
• Process orders from client offices and patient service centers via phone, fax and email
• Print requisition forms and barcode labels for internal and external clients
• Pack orders for shipment via various shipping methods such as Fed Ex & UPS
• Resolve all customer concerns efficiently and timely
• Maintain inventory control according to company standards
• Participate in scheduled cycle counts and full physical inventory
• Deliver supplies to local branches, clients and patient service centers when needed

Minimum Qualifications

• No Experience or Education Required

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years of previous warehouse, logistics experience

Additional Job Standards

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or picking and packing orders is preferred
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as a forklift, cherry picker, and pallet jack a plus
• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record may be required

Pay Range:

$17.75 to $30.00 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits:

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
