Job Title: Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for staging, loading, and unloading finished products and raw materials. You will also stock and maintain warehouse inventory.

What you'll do:

1. Ensure products are in proper locations, place products in correct bin locations, and assist the manager in assigning locations.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
3. Assist with cycle counting throughout the year, maintain proper inventory levels, and notify personnel when stock is low.
4. Load and unload structural components onto and off delivery trucks.
5. Visually inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
6. Prepare and assemble structure components prior to deployment.
7. Operate a forklift to move heavy equipment and structural components safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Previous warehouse experience, preferably in the construction rental industry.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently as needed.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
