Job Description

Looking for a cool job in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team, great hours, and benefits? Seeking full-time hours?

Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. The Driver/Warehouse Associate is responsible for inventory management of the warehouse and daily delivery of HVAC freight and materials. The primary goal is to procure, process, dispatch, and deliver products to customers and vendors for our wholesale HVAC distributorship.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

1. Daily loading and unloading of products.
2. Assist with delivering HVAC freight and materials to customers.
3. Receive, inspect, and stock all merchandise.
4. Verify received items against orders for accuracy.
5. Pick and verify customer orders and prepare shipments.
6. Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
7. Maintain daily checklist of truck and forklift maintenance and report times with merchandise returns.
8. Use and maintain OF device properly.
9. Assist with physical inventory and inventory control.
10. Read customer and shipping orders to determine items to move or ship.
11. Provide excellent customer service to external customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 24 months of verifiable experience driving a 16’+ box or stake bed truck.
• Ability to multi-task and meet daily deadlines.
• Knowledge of LTL and full truckload logistics.
• Effective communication skills for customer service.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months warehouse experience including forklift operation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
