Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Portland, OR for 1st or 2nd shift with $22-$23 hourly pay. The role covers a range of warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment and offers weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for career growth.

You will help with loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and housekeeping while adhering to safety incentives and training programs.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, physical setting.
• Willing to train the right candidate with or without prior warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods.
• Select and palletize items, audit, repack and sort as required by site leadership.

1st Shift - 6am Start Time

2nd Shift - 4:15pm Start Time

Pay: $22-$23 / hourly

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
