Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Clackamas, OR. The role involves loading/unloading, selecting, palletizing, auditing, and shipping preparation in a fast-paced, physical environment. Potential to earn $1000+/week with a 1st shift starting at 5am; schedule at hire.

Qualifications

• Energetic individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift and carry 25-75lbs in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to train the right candidate and learn equipment basics.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks or storage.
• Select items for order fulfillment and palletize as needed.
• Haul freight and perform auditing and quality checks.
• Repack, sort, and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
