Job summary

Capstone Salem, VA is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the 1st shift, with a weekly pay range of $640 to $800+. The role involves fast-paced, physical work including loading, unloading, picking, auditing, and palletizing.

Training is available for the right candidate, with benefits after 60 days and opportunities to join travel teams across sites. This position supports Capstone's high-performance culture, offering growth from within and on-site teamwork at multiple Capstone locations

• Lift and carry 25-75lbs; materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of duties including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup and other tasks as assigned by site leadership
