Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Marianna, FL. This on-site role involves loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing and other duties to keep our distribution site running smoothly.

You should be a high-energy, physical worker who can lift 25–75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but we train the right candidate.

We offer weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, opportunities for career growth and to join our travel team to see the country, plus paid training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading items.
• Selecting and auditing inventory.
• Repacking, sorting, palletizing, and cleaning up; other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Pay:$600-$900+/weekly

1st Shift: 5AM - Until Finish Monday-Thursday

2nd Shift:5PM - Until Finish Monday-Thursday

3rd Shift: 5AM -5PM Friday - Sunday

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
