Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates for the Connecticut area to perform a range of warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting and palletizing. This role is fast-paced and physically demanding.

We value energy, a strong work ethic, and reliability. Training is provided, and opportunities exist for growth within Capstone's network of locations.

Qualifications

• Must be high-energy with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse duties including loading/unloading, selecting, palletizing, auditing, repacking, sorting, and housekeeping.

1st Shift: 6:30AM Start, Monday - Friday

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
