Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced operations in Murfreesboro, TN. You will perform loading, unloading, picking, packing, and general warehouse duties while maintaining safety and efficiency.

We reward hard work with weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for growth within a company that promotes from within. Training is provided to help you succeed on our travel-ready team.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift 25-75 lbs and perform fast-paced tasks.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Select, palletize, and sort items as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the workspace.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
