Job summary

Capstone is hiring Warehouse Associates in Walpole, MA to support fast-paced distribution operations. You will load and unload shipments, pick and palletize orders, and help maintain accurate inventory across a busy site.

We offer weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for career growth within a North American supply chain partner. Training is provided, with a focus on safety and teamwork to drive high performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training provided.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to site operations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from docks and bins.
• Select, pick, and palletize orders.
• Audit, sort, and count inventory accuracy.
• Repack, label, and prepare shipments.
• Maintain clean and safe work area per training.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
