Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates to join our high-performance culture. You will perform loading, unloading, picking, palletizing and auditing duties across our distribution operations. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

Be prepared for a fast-paced, physically demanding role with close teamwork. We offer weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs regularly.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
• Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments as assigned by site leadership.
• Perform picking, auditing, palletizing, and general housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with duties as required to maintain warehouse operations.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
