Conklin Metal Industries in Knoxville, TN is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to support our fast-paced distribution operations. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with overtime as needed and weekly pay with strong benefits.

This hands-on role keeps customers and branches supplied with the right products on time. You will operate a forklift, pick and pack orders, load/unload trucks, inspect shipments, and maintain organized inventory while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Strong team collaboration and reliability.
• Safety-first mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move and organize material.
• Pull, stage, pack, and load customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Check incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Complete shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Secure loads according to DOT and Conklin Metal standards.
• Help maintain accurate inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with your team to get orders out accurately and efficiently.
