Conklin Metal Industries, Knoxville Branch, seeks a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our hands-on team. The role involves operating a forklift, pulling and packing orders, and ensuring safe, on-time delivery of products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move and organize material.
• Pull, stage, pack, and load customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Check incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Complete shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Secure loads per DOT and company standards.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
