Job summary

Bradley’s Books in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks a Warehouse Associate to join our Blawnox warehouse team. This full-time on-site role focuses on picking, preparing, and packing orders, and keeping inventory organized to support retailers worldwide.

You will work with a team to sort shipments, operate a pallet jack, and maintain safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform Shipping & Receiving tasks, including documenting orders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack.
• Strong attention to safety and detail; good teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site job. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Picking, preparing, and packing both boxed and palletized orders
• Sorting and organizing inventory
• Cleaning and condensing inventory, and keeping the warehouse neat and organized

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience or ability to perform Shipping & Receiving tasks, including checking in, documenting, and organizing incoming and outgoing orders
• Skills in Packing and Unloading, with the ability to handle physical work, lift boxes safely, and prepare shipments securely
• Competence with a Pallet Jack
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to a 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• The ability to both multitask and stay on task in a busy environment
• Comfort working in a team environment and communicating clearly/respectfully with coworkers and supervisors
