Job summary

TGI Office Automation is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Pine Brook, NJ logistics facility. You will support receiving, data entry into the ERP system, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 15 lbs, and basic computer skills; forklift training can be provided and a strong work ethic is essential. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Capable of standing long hours and lifting up to 15 lbs frequently.
• Able to stand 8 hours per day; 4 hours continuous.
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work.

Responsibilities

• Receive used equipment and verify serial numbers; input data to ERP system.
• Cross-check product quantities and pull orders for return or delivery.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift training available.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space and meet productivity goals.
• Inspect products for defects and report damaged merchandise to supervisor.
• Use warehouse ERP system for data entry and processing; perform other duties as needed.
