Job summary

The Warehouse Associate at Tiara-Yachts-2 supports stock maintenance, order fulfillment, and internal deliveries to keep Tiara operations running smoothly. You will unload inbound shipments, verify quantities, perform cycle counts, and help maintain the stockroom layout and housekeeping in a safe, organized environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a large OEM manufacturing environment.
• OHSA forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
• Pass a background check, drug test, and physical.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehousing and internal order fulfillment operations to support Tiara policies and objectives.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements and proper methods and use of equipment in handling and storing stock.
• Support efficient picking, turnover and movement of materials using appropriate equipment.
• Utilize ERP system to obtain information and enter transactions as required.
• Unload inbound trucks and verify quantities received against bills of lading and purchase orders.
• Perform physical or cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom layout and perform housekeeping duties.
• Attend team meetings and work with the team to resolve issues and promote collaboration.
• Develop cooperative relationships between Warehouse and other key functional areas.
