Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Warehouse Associate to fulfill Lab orders for supplies and products and perform receiving duties at the Phoenix site. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with opportunities to handle quick shipments and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities include receiving stock, processing orders, packing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–3 years warehouse experience; lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1-3 years of warehouse/picking experience preferred.
• Experience with pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts.
• Basic computer/data entry skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slips.
• Receive and process stock into inventory system.
• Process Lab orders for daily delivery to the Lab.
• Provide timely feedback on internal deliveries.
• Pack orders for shipment via FedEx/UPS as needed.
• Resolve Lab concerns efficiently and timely.
• Monitor emails and address as needed.
• Maintain inventory control per company standards.
• Participate in cycle counts and full physical inventory.

LabCorp is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will be responsible for fulfilling Lab orders for supplies and products as well as receiving duties.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am -4:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slips (Load as needed) FED EX Express/FED EX Ground/UPS Ground/Freight Trucks
• Receive and process stock into inventory management system
• Process orders from Lab departments with daily delivery to the Lab
• Feedback of internal deliveries to the Lab
• Pack orders for shipment via various shipping methods such as Fed Ex & UPS on a as needed bases (Rare)
• Resolve all Lab concerns efficiently and timely
• Monitor emails and address as needed
• Maintain inventory control according to company standards
• Participate in scheduled cycle counts and full physical inventory

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or picking and packing orders is preferred
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack and forklift a plus
• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record may be required
