Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, AZ to fulfill lab orders, handle receiving duties, and support inventory control. Typical schedule runs Monday to Friday, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating common warehouse equipment. Prior warehouse experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with pallet jack and forklift is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slips (Load as needed).
• Receive and process stock into inventory management system.
• Process orders from Lab departments with daily delivery to the Lab.
• Monitor emails and address as needed.
• Maintain inventory control according to company standards.
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory.

Job Responsibilities

• Unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slips (Load as needed)
• FED EX Express/FED EX Ground/UPS Ground/Freight Trucks
• Receive and process stock into inventory management system
• Process orders from Lab departments with daily delivery to the Lab
• Feedback of internal deliveries to the Lab
• Pack orders for shipment via various shipping methods such as Fed Ex & UPS on a as needed bases (Rare)
• Resolve all Lab concerns efficiently and timely
• Monitor emails and address as needed
• Maintain inventory control according to company standards
• Participate in scheduled cycle counts and full physical inventory

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or picking and packing orders is preferred
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack and forklift a plus
• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record may be required
