Job summary

Labcorp in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to fulfill customer orders of medical lab supplies. The role requires unloading, receiving, inventory control and packing for shipment, with daily lab deliveries and cycle counts.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1-3 years warehousing experience, good communication, data entry skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slips.
• Receive and process stock into inventory management system.
• Process orders from Lab departments with daily delivery to the Lab.
• Provide timely feedback of internal deliveries to the Lab.
• Pack orders for shipment via various shipping methods.
• Resolve Lab concerns efficiently and timely.
• Monitor emails and address as needed.
• Maintain inventory control according to company standards.
• Participate in scheduled cycle counts and full physical inventory.

Monday - Friday 7:00am -3:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slips (Load as needed)
• FED EX Express/FED EX Ground/UPS Ground/Freight Trucks Receive and process stock into inventory management system
• Process orders from Lab departments with daily delivery to the Lab
• Feedback of internal deliveries to the Lab
• Pack orders for shipment via various shipping methods such as Fed Ex & UPS on a as needed bases
• Resolve all Lab concerns efficiently and timely
• Monitor emails and address as needed
• Maintain inventory control according to company standards
• Participate in scheduled cycle counts and full physical inventory

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or picking and packing orders

Additional Job Standards

• Experience with warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack and forklift a plus
• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Be at least 21 years of age
