Base Pay
This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Purpose
As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities include compiling orders, replenishing and moving merchandise on the sales floor or to customers' vehicles. Your day will involve checking inventory and orders, interacting with customers, and operating a forklift. Essential Job Functions

• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Restock the show floor with products.
• Organize merchandise to company standards for easy shopping.
• Load products for customers accurately.
• Assist customers in finding products and answer questions.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Warehouse and customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Forklift certification through F&D or ability to obtain it.
• Where permitted by law, passing a drug test for heavy equipment certification.

Working Conditions

• Occasional exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles. Noise level is typically quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

• Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally, and 20-30 pounds frequently.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers; ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, and crouch.
