We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Warehouse Associate.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, Customers are at the heart of our business.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible, under direct supervision, for fulfilling customer order requirements with strong team coordination and follow-through abilities to complete the full cycle of receiving, stock put away, picking, packing, documenting, and shipping customized orders accurately and efficiently. This fast-paced position requires high productivity, keen attention to detail for product variances, the ability to understand and follow written specifications, perform data entry, and adhere to customized requirements, all while maintaining trained knowledge of quality standards and customer specifications.

About you

Educated to National Vocational Level (NVQ) or equivalent (EU). A Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics is preferred, or equivalent business or Information Technology experience. Minor studies in Information Technology are a plus. Must have 2-4 years of business or IT experience. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a multi-discipline environment. Proven ability to perform root cause analysis to identify real causes of reported problems, enabling stakeholder awareness and driving successful outcomes.
